The new No Sodium Refining Agent adopts a rare earth composite structure, eliminating sodium elements completely while reducing the hydrogen content in the aluminum liquid to below 0.08 ml/100g, helping to increase the light transmittance of aerospace-grade aluminum materials to over 87%.
The innovative Particle Refining Agent has simultaneously upgraded the particle size control technology. The 0.5μm level purification microspheres can precisely capture the oxide inclusions. Compared with the traditional process, the efficiency has been improved by 2 times. The actual measurement shows that the elongation of 6063 aluminum alloy has increased by 26%, the tensile strength has exceeded 320 MPa, and the amount of refining waste residue has decreased by 62%.
Unlike the mist-fed mode of Common Refining Agent, the crystal slow-release system of No Sodium Refining Agent can continuously purify for 50 minutes, providing a stable environment for ultra-thin aluminum foil rolling. The intelligent temperature control module of Particle Refining Agent further reduces energy consumption by 44%. Currently, this technology has passed the EU RoHS environmental certification and is about to be widely applied in areas such as foldable phone hinge and spacecraft window.
