Efficiency Upgrade! The New Refining Agent Redefines the Cleanliness Standard of Aluminum Materials

The aluminum refining industry is witnessing a disruptive technological revolution. The third-generation Common Refining Agent has broken through the purification bottleneck with an innovative formula. In response to the pain point of traditional Particle Refining Agent, which struggles to balance particle size control and environmental attributes, the new solution has innovatively adopted the "dual-phase purification" mechanism, reducing the slag content in the aluminum liquid to an all-time low of 0.002%, while expanding the refining temperature window to 720-760℃. 
 
This upgraded Common Refining Agent has innovatively introduced a volcanic ash-based composite carrier. Compared to the single-function of No Sodium Refining Agent, it achieves the integration of three effects: hydrogen removal, slag removal, and metamorphism. In the aerospace aluminum plate test, its grain refinement degree increased by 40%, and the elongation rate exceeded the 15% critical value. The accompanying developed Particle Refining Agent intelligent spraying system further reduced the ton of aluminum consumption dosage by 35%. 
 
It is worth noting that this technology successfully overcame the high cost drawback of No Sodium Refining Agent. Under the condition of fully reusing the existing production line, it enabled the oxygen content of 6061 aluminum alloy to be stably controlled below 5 ppm. The collaborative innovation of Common Refining Agent and Particle Refining Agent is driving the aluminum material manufacturing to evolve from "coarse purification" to "molecular-level purification", and it has already achieved large-scale application in the field of new energy vehicle battery trays.
